The EE-293RY is a full graphic digital display presented by Opticon. This range is offered in black, white, yellow and red e-ink to provide a more customizable display to grab the attention of customers in the store area. It’s mid-range size is ideal for shelf edge application. Replacing the traditional paper tag, Opticon’s EE-293RY allows automatic price updates reducing the amount of man hours spent updating prices to virtually zero. The EE-293RY uses Black, White, Yellow and Red E-ink allowing managers to highlight sales and promotions attracting the eyes of a customer towards a specific product. The EE-293RY uses E-ink technology only consuming power during a display update using Zigbee radio transmission. Based on a poll time of 20 seconds and two updates per-day, Opticon ensures a 5 year battery life eliminating the need for yearly physical maintenance.
